I would like to thank you for your assistance last time for your immediate response.
I need to bring to your attention the replacement provided Anker 725 Mobile Charger (65 W) which was delivered on April 3rd week of 2024, again all of a sudden it is not charging as I complained before for Anker 315.
Please let me know if there is any place to attach pictures for your reference. So i am mentioning here the invoice # 171-870****-393**** and the original Amazon.sa Order # 171-870****-393****.
Therefore, I would sincerely request you to call me if you need any clarifications in this regard and accordingly I would like to request for the replacement with a better mobile charger which lasts at least a year.
I hope my request will be considered and make proper arrangements.

Detem connector type
Trying to determine what type of anchor connector I need to connect my snap scan scanner to my new iMac.
Unhappy customer !
- Replacements for 2 f3800s took two weeks.
- Support is poor; China-based service with limited email and phone support; not buy, EG4 or EcoFlow.
Since I got my 2 f3800s, anker has had to replace both of them. Which takes 2 weeks a piece.
I asked for a refund and the said no. They as well as there product SUCKS! There is NO support ! They are in China and you have to email one question At a time ,PER DAY !
The phone help is limited knowledge, and usually , ther hands are ties. DO NOT BUY !!!
buy EG4 or ecoflow, or anything but anker ! RUN !!!

Ordered a Anker Solex power station on Dec 9th 2024 for a trip planned for the 22nd. The product still has not been delivered.
Can only communicate with Anker via email and they take 48Hrs to respond to each correspondence. All I have received is form letters, can't get my product or a refund.
Have to purchase a unit from another company now. Anker could care less and just keeps giving me the run around and I can't get my money back..

Hi, my sparingly used Robo Vac S 11 Eufy stopped working after two years of use, once every two weeks. We also have a nice Dyson, so we did not use the Robo Vac that often.
It's perplexing that it failed so quickly. I tried replacing the filter with Amazon compatible parts, but they were not compatible. It appears the filter cannot be changed. Can someone call me to troubleshoot and figure out what the problem might be?

Cordless Charger
- Chose Anker wireless charger at Walmart.
- Charge spot is hard to locate and phone slides off.
- Purchase can't be downloaded from Walmart.
Im a crafter and spilled a bit of resin in the cord charging slot. So i went to Walmart to get a cordless charger.
The associate at Walmart showed me a few to choose from and i choose the Anker brand. Thinking Anker is a great brand i bought it. What a mistake. Its so hard to find the charge spot and when i do find it my phone slides right off.
Sometimes i put my phone on your charger at night thinking its going to have a good charge when I wake up. Only to find the charger wasnt charging all night long. I place my phone on a flat surface it doesnt work for long and slides off for minute movement.
Ill never buy this brand again. For some reason walmart isnt letting me download this purchase.

- Bought F3800 power station and SP140 panels for condo use; setup was heavy.
- Warranty 5-year registered in June; please share return address.
I ordered an F3800 portable power station and portable sp 140 solar panels
panel. I live in a condo unit and dont have a garage.
I didnt open up the packaging until I got approval from the condo board to use it in common area near my unit. I also needed help to set it up as it is very heavy and cumbersome. Then I discovered that I could only get a small charge for my EV from a 100% charge of the power station which took 3 days to be fully charged by the solar panel. So I couldnt use it for the purpose I purchased it for.
In addition I have to dismantle it and bring it into my unit fail as the equipment cannot be exposed to rain or a sprinkler system. This was very difficult for me to do. The proof that I have as to when I started using it is that I registered for my 5 year warranty in June.
I will include proof of purchase and the company has the order # as they put it under warranty. I want to return it and need to know where to send it

I keep trying to close it, but it will not Close and I keep trying to close the lid it will not Close. it taking a slow charge, and then the more I tried to close it, and start charging slowly and slowly and then it completely.

- Wrong doorbell and homebase; order shipped despite cancellation attempt.
- Unopened items returned with a return label; partial refund; bank dispute.
So I ordered a Wired Video Doorbell, needed the battery operated one and a homebase cause i was advised i needed one. Due to poor website setup and bad recommendation, I ordered the wrong doorbell and a homebase i actually didn't need.
I contacted customer support as soon as i realized the order was incorrect so they could just not process my order. Well Anker (Eufy) did not bother to respond to my inquiry until after my order was processed and shipped. I contacted them in enough time for them to cancel and not process the order. They just didn't respond timely for the order to be stopped.
Well i received the wrong items.and never opened them. i finally got Anker to send me a return label so i wouldnt have to pay to ship the items back and risk not getting the money back. Well Anker (Eufy) did not issue a full refund for returned unopened items. They only Issued a partial refund.
So I of course contacted them and fought with them just to get the full refund. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank cause i figured i would not get my money back even though i sent unopened not needed items back.
So we are at 47 plus emails over a 1 month period and i am entirely disgusted at the way the entire things has been handled by Anker (Eufy) Pretty much calling me a thief and insulting me and disrespecting me. I have not been more offended and upset by the treatment i have received by this company.

Preferred solution: I would like to be reimbursed for the price of the Battery Video Doorbell which was in fact the same price of the Wired video doorbell for the horrendous treatment i received from this company and an apology for being insulted and degraded

- Replacement sent; arrives in 3-5 business days; old unit recycled.
I bought a 10,000 mah powercell slim almost a year ago. It stopped taking a charge.
I tried to exchange it through Amazon. No go they said its been too long so I called Anker Customer service and I was on the. Phone less than 5 minutes. I gave the Amazon order number and the serial number from the unit and theyre sending me a new one in 3 to 5 business days.
She said just recycle the old one.
They didnt even want it back. This is by far the most pleasant customer service experience Ive ever had and I own quite a few anker products and plan to buy more.
